Doctor habilitated of social sciences in the field of pedagogy, psychologist, associate professor at the Christian Theological Academy (ChAT) in Warsaw, head of the Department of Pedeutology and Educational Psychology at the ChAT Faculty of Social Sciences.
His research interests focus on issues related to school and the teaching profession, with particular emphasis on the conditions of professional development and adjustment, as well as pedagogical and psychological factors determining the professional effectiveness of teachers.
He completed internships and study visits at the University of Lund (Sweden), at the David Yellin College of Education in Jerusalem (Israel) and at the Fachhochschule-University of Applied Sciences Potsdam (Germany), during which he gave lectures for academic staff and students of pedagogical studies.
He is a member of the Polish Psychological Society, the Polish Pedagogical Society and the Pedeutology Section of the Committee of Pedagogical Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
